Profiling – Video-based Feedback
We offer a revolutionary solution that aligns with modern habits. In our fast-paced world, traditional 360° feedback can be time-consuming and tedious. Therefore, we replace lengthy questionnaires with intuitive video clips.
Coaching – 1:1 or Peer-Group Setting
The results of the video-based profiling serve as the basis for subsequent coaching sessions. Together with the ORGAN coach, the goals for the coaching process are collaboratively defined.
We offer two conceptual approaches:
Peer-Group Coaching and Single Coaching.
Peer-Group Coaching is ideal for developing leaders at the same level across locations and departments while strengthening a common understanding of leadership. This format is also useful for introducing leaders who may be less familiar with the coaching approach.
Single Coaching is recommended for senior executives facing specific challenges and seeking tailored development steps. The profiling results seamlessly lead to real-life situations addressed in the coaching process.
Integration – Effective Implementation
The ORGAN Leadership Journey is most effective when it is meaningfully integrated into your company's existing development landscape. Through a briefing, our coaches adapt to your corporate culture and the current challenges of your leaders. We advise on the selection and grouping of participants, the design of the kick-off, the integration of content from other programs and the evaluation and assessment of the project.
The ORGAN-App – A Smooth Process, both nationally and internationally
The ORGAN Leadership Journey requires a high degree of organization:
Participants are informed about the program, register through the ORGAN-APP invite 5-8 feedback providers, and receive feedback. For peer group coaching, cross-location groups are formed, schedules are coordinated, and individual coaching sessions are arranged. Our ORGAN-App manages all these processes.

ORGAN Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of INQUA Coaching GmbH & Co.KG, is managed by Dr. Martin Hertkorn and psychologist Johannes Gramß, who bring their many years of experience to this online platform.
Your main contact person throughout the process:
Christine Yildirim, our COO, oversees the design and organisation of your project. She designed this coaching program and has successfully implemented large-scale projects, including those for international MDAX companies. Based on a needs assessment, she will create a customised offer for you.

Our coaches are experts in executive development and hold recognized systemic coach certifications. We will select a suitable pool of coaches for your project.

The development of our method is overseen by our scientific advisory board with Prof. Rudolf Wimmer, Prof. Fengler, and Prof. Bruno Hildebrandt. Our expert team of psychologists, executive coaches, and social scientists designed and validated the video-based profiling, which is built on a foundation of 4,000 video clips.

We will prepare a customised proposal based on your needs. Our prices vary depending on the number of participants, the booking model and the level of coaching support. Our offerings include the following options:
PEER
Ideal as an effective module in your executive development program. A 12-week process based on a needs assessment, 360° feedback, two individual coaching sessions, nine peer group sessions with four participants each, supported by an ORGAN coach, and access to the ORGAN-App for group allo-cation and coach assignment.
SINGLE
For executives who prefer a more personalized approach. A seven-week process, 360° feedback with self and external assessment, seven 60-minute individual coaching sessions with an ORGAN coach, and accompany-ing transfer tasks for leadership development through the app.
PURE
Suitable for companies and coaching providers who prefer to conduct the developmental coaching themselves. Video-based 360° feedback with self-assessment and 5 to 12 feedback providers, including a results report.
